GENERAL INFORMATION

1. IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK AND HAVE PLACED AN ORDER WITH CHATLEYS USING
   OUR WEBSITE, THEN WHY NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR FREE UK DELIVERY
   SERVICE WHEN YOU SPEND £50 OR MORE?
   
   • Please note Chatleys do not cover the cost of import Duties
2. Any orders which you place we will be dispatched within three
   working days (not including UK Bank Holidays) from the date the order
   was placed. If any delays occur during transit then this may not be a
   fault of Chatleys, but rather the courier service. Chatleys will not be
   responsible for any losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses caused
   by any delay in the delivery of the items.

If you have not received the items within 28 days then you may
contact Chatleys by email or phone where you can then quote your reference
number and then proceed to cancel that order. Chatleys will refund your order.

We do not send out part deliveries, we only send out complete orders.

SHIPPING

Here at Chatleys we are able to accommodate any purchases you make
and deliver to all destinations throughout the UK and internationally.
Below you will find all the information you need with regards to
deliveries, with details including: price, due date, delivery options
and relevance.

ALL DELIVERIES OVER £20 WILL BE SENT USING A TRACKED SERVICE.

UK DELIVERIES

FREE (ON ORDERS OF £50 OR OVER)

All orders that are equal to the price of £20.01 or more is a tracked service.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery.

(If the orders you have placed weigh in excess of 1KG or you have
multiple large items, we will use Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Royal Mail
Tracked 48 /Parcel Force for these deliveries.)

This option is available on orders £20 or below.

Express Delivery

All orders that are taken before 3pm between Mon-Thurs will be
despatched the same day. Orders received on Friday will be despatched
same day for Monday delivery. Excludes Saturday delivery and Bank
Holidays. Next Day orders taken on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched
Monday for Tuesday delivery.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your items and wish to return
them you must do so within 14 days of arrival in order to get a full
refund. All items must be returned in new condition with all packaging
and tags included. We only refund post charges on faulty items or
products that have been damaged during shipping. We advise that all
returns are sent using a traceable method in order to insure yourself in
the event it becomes lost or damaged in transit.
